Email [email protected] with the subject line "Withdrawal Request," and include:
Your name
Your order number
The email address you used at purchase
What you purchased
We'll reply asking you to confirm the withdrawal. Once you confirm, we'll process it and send you written confirmation.
Please note: not everything is eligible for withdrawal. Digital courses, where you've confirmed instant access at checkout, are not eligible for the reasons explained in our [Terms of Service / Returns & Refund Policy]. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, email us and we'll let you know.
