Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to Arkdefo digital products once you’ve been given immediate access, because during checkout you expressly:
requested immediate access to your purchase, and
acknowledged that you would lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
As a result, our digital courses, memberships and downloadable products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase.
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
